The only continent with no active volcanoes is Australia.

Since European settlement no active volcanoes have erupted on the Australian mainland, however there are some volcanoes in its territories that are likely to have been active thousands or even million years ago.

For example, in South Australia the Mounts Burr, Gambier and Shank erupted around 5,000 years ago.

Moreover,  the Aberfeldy Volcano in Victoria erupted 27 million years ago and the Flinders Volcano erupted 40-48 million years ago, whereas the Mawson Peak on the Heard and McDonald islands erupted in 2004.
